Upwork offers badges to agencies that meet specific criteria and demonstrate a commitment to quality and professionalism. These badges are displayed on the agency’s profile and can help clients identify agencies that have a proven track record on the platform.
There are three types of badges that agencies can earn on Upwork:

- Top Rated Agency: This badge is awarded to agencies with a high overall rating from clients, a high success rate on contracts, and a low cancellation rate. To qualify for this badge, an agency must maintain agency Rising Talent status or an agency Job Success Score of at least 90% for at least 13 of the last 16 weeks.
